An ambitious client who owns a property nestled along the Colorado River in East Austin is aiming to build a project that has a very low to zero carbon footprint. The studio has designed a post and beam timber structure with mass timber panels that perch above the sloping topography and opens towards the lush wildness of the Colorado River.
