SHOAL CREST / PH 01

Our client wanted to open up and update his traditional craftsman bungalow.  The walls between the kitchen and living room were removed and double doors installed to the garden from the remodelled kitchen.  An extra bathroom was also squeezed into the centre of the house making a more room-mate and guest-friendly bathing arrangement.  It was clad in the original pine planking from the demolished walls and stained a seductive dark finish.  A palette of monochrome colors winds around the house rather than paint colors being organized by room.
